Experience the Magic of Impressionist Painting with Manuella Holló.
Awaken your inner artist in our stunning gardens, surrounded by the beauty of Mediterranean plants, serene lakes, and captivating statues. Our impressionist painting class offers an immersive journey into the world of art, suitable for enthusiasts of all levels.
Under the expert guidance of Manuella, you will be led step by step through the process of creating your own masterpiece. This class is designed to teach you the fundamental principles of painting, including composition, color mixing, and understanding values. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced painter looking to refresh your skills, Manuella's passion and expertise will inspire and support you.
Participants will use acrylics on canvas, and by the end of the session, you will have your own artwork to take home as a cherished memory of your creative adventure.
Private Yoga classes
Our private outdoor yoga classes will allow you to work on the positions and stretches suitable for you within your desired schedule.
We mainly offer three types of private classes, both individually and for couples or groups, which are taught by the professionals at "Verde Ola":
Dynamic Hatha Yoga Flow (60 min)
Each posture flows into the next without stopping, leaving you energized for the rest of the day. The dynamic flow tones the skin and muscles, strengthens the lungs, and stimulates the digestive and excretory systems.
Ayurvedic Tri-Dosha Set (90 min)
This is a sequence of Asanas (body postures) that specifically affects our Tri-Dosha system of Ayurvedic medicine in India. During the balancing Asanas, we meditate with the whole body.
Partner/Contact Yoga (60 min)
Partner yoga is a style of asana practice where two people support each other in ways that improve postures and foster trust and communication. Working with a partner provides balance in a posture while establishing and maintaining proper body alignment.
Massages
Enjoy a relaxing and/or toning massage without leaving our resort.
The professionals from "Verde Ola" travel to our resort to offer a series of massages and treatments, of which we provide some examples. In addition to these, they also offer four-hand massages or couples massages. Treatments take place on the terrace of your own room or in our gardens. Feel free to contact us for more information!
Full Body Hawaiian-style Massage (75 min)
This sacred and unique style of bodywork incorporates the use of breath, music, and long, fluid rhythmic movements of the arms and hands over the body and aura, to connect the giver and receiver in a beautiful rhythmic deep massage. This process generates positive healing energy that releases tensions and blockages in the body and stimulates energy flow, promoting self-healing.
Lomilomi Treatment (90 min)
Hawaiians believe that an idea or belief can block energy flow as much as muscle tension. This energetic work can help release these blocks while giving energy a new direction and establishing new patterns. It's not just a massage but an active process.
We also offer the "Wellness Day" package, a combination of yoga followed by a massage, for a complete experience.
